The CV Studio helps you generate a document, but you remain responsible for checking your information before sending a CV to an employer.

Some downloadable resources are hosted externally. Availability can change without notice.

We may update, remove or improve content, features and service information from time to time.
Payment availability
When live checkout is enabled, successful Yoco payments create paid service orders. In-store and team-assisted work requires arrangements with our staff; payment does not mean the work is already completed. Test payments do not purchase, reserve or activate services. Hosting and domains use the separate hosting portal and WHMCS billing system, under the hosting terms below.
Hosting plans, billing and renewals
Hosting and domains are ordered through our hosting portal and managed in the WHMCS client area. Hosting is billed monthly or annually at the price and renewal rate shown at checkout; annual periods are paid upfront. Renewal invoices are paid through Yoco. This integration does not automatically charge your card.
Hosting cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Request cancellation through the client area or contact info@calicafe.co.za. Refund requests are reviewed individually under our Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights. Domain registration is separate from hosting unless explicitly included at checkout; a payment or availability result alone does not confirm registration.
Hosting resource limits
The chosen plan specifies its website, storage, email, database and monthly bandwidth limits. Website files, databases and email share the plan storage allocation. Grow and Scale each limit an individual mailbox to 1 GB (1024 MB), within the shared plan storage. Website design, migration and domain fees are separate unless expressly included in your order.
Cancellation and refunds
Our Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of our terms of sale. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
Quotes and domains
Domain searches are offered through our hosting portal when live lookup is enabled. A lookup or enquiry is not a reservation; only successful registrar confirmation secures a domain. Variable-price work requires a confirmed quote before payment. Service scope, third-party fees, delivery and cancellation terms must be agreed before a real order is accepted.
