How we use it
Information is used to provide the service you requested, respond to enquiries and improve the website.
Browser storage
Some website tools may save information locally in your browser to make the experience more convenient. You can clear local browser storage at any time.
Third parties
External providers may be used for website hosting, analytics, fonts or document generation. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
Payments and order records
We store your order reference, selected product, amount, name and email privately to confirm payment, deliver purchases and handle support or refunds. Yoco receives the payment amount and order identifiers. Enter card details only on Yoco. We do not store card numbers or CV content in the order database. Test mode is labelled and does not place live orders. Payment and order records are retained for fulfilment, accounting and dispute handling; contact us about access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable retention duties.
Manual enquiries
Quote buttons prepare a draft in your email application. Domain search opens our hosting portal. Nothing is submitted until you send that email. We use the details you send to respond to your request. Contact info@calicafe.co.za about your information.
Separate CV Studio
CV Studio is a separate website with its own browser-local drafts and purchase flow. This main site does not copy those drafts.
